What is the difference between a Season Pass and Membership?

A Gold or Prestige Season Pass is valid from the date it’s purchased through the end of the calendar year it’s purchased for. Season Passes are either paid in full at the time of purchase or at select parks that don’t have memberships, offer a Season Pass payment plan with an initial payment and a pre-determined number of subsequent monthly payments. In either case, a season pass expires at the end of that season it was purchased for.

A Gold or Prestige Membership requires an initiation fee and first month’s payment at the time of purchase, with payments due for the following 11 months. Memberships will be continuous and may be cancelled after the first 12 months of validity have elapsed. Regardless of when a membership is purchased, it may be used for a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase and can continue across operating seasons and years.
